Kelley Raunec

Kelley is a licensed Realtor in both Florida and New York and is a long time veteran of the real estate industry, having sold hundreds of new homes during her career.  Kelley  moved to this area from near Lake Ontario New York to escape the legendary Lake Effect Snow!

Before she became involved in real estate Kelley was a promotions manager and creative writer at two different upstate New York radio stations where several of her commercials went on to National campaigns.  She brings her event planning and marketing expertise to her career in real estate and enjoys holding fun events for open houses and new home grand openings!  She also loves social media and showing off her favorite floor plans on the web!

Kelley has four grown children and three grandchildren.  Her hobbies include building dollhouses and miniature furniture and accessories to fill them.  She and hubby Bob and dog Pee Wee, a border collie, live in Zephyrhills.

Carmen Escobar

Carmen was born and raised in New York City. She is the youngest of sixteen siblings. She has a large extended family of her own. She has three sons and has been married for sixteen years. Carmen graduated from Nyack College with a B.S. in Organizational Management and pursued her educational experience while working for New York University as a Program Coordinator.

Carmen moved with her family to Florida in 2004 where she purchased her first Inland Home. Her first job in Florida was working for St. Croix Apartments as a leasing consultant and shortly after that, she accepted a position in the Children’s Medical Services at the University of South Florida.

Thereafter, she opened her own event planning business in 2010 where she coordinated big events and was able to use her marketing expertise. She is now excited to be pursuing a new career as a proud member of the Inland Home new homes sales professionals.
