Founded in 1989 in Tampa, Florida, the Inland Homes® family of new home builders currently consists of#160;five franchises that are independent building companies operating under the Inland Homes® trademark, through franchise agreements with Inland Homebuilding Group, Inc. (IHG) IHG provides continual modifications and support to the franchise system in efforts to protect and enhance the Inland Homes® brand.

Each franchise operates in a defined geographic area.

• IH Suncoast Homes, Inc. operates in northwest Hillsborough County and western Pasco County.
• IH New Tampa Homes, Inc. operates in northeast Hillsborough County, portions of the City of Tampa in Northeast Hillsborough County, and the eastern portion of Pasco County.
• IH Central Florida, LLC operates in southern Hillsborough County.
• Classic Townhomes of Tampa Bay II, LLC builds town homes in the Tampa area.
• JR Partners, LLC builds single family residences in Hillsborough County and villas in Eastern Pasco county. Port of Tampa and South Tampa are coming soon.

The Inland Homes® builders have won numerous awards in the Parade of Homes for innovative floor plan designs and the 2-10 Diamond Performer Award for outstanding customer service in Warranty.
