The Inland Homes® family of builders have met the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty's high standards for financial stability, technical competence, and customer satisfaction. 2-10 HBW builders are rescreened annually to ensure their performance remains within membership standards. As an Inland Homes® homeowner, customers can be assured that their homes are built professionally. A Brief Summary of the Warranty follows:

• Year 1: Workmanship and Materials:- Your Inland Homes® residence will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the first year. Should any warranted workmanship and materials not meet specified quality standards, the Inland Homes® building company will have them corrected within the first year.
• Year 1 & 2: Major Systems: Your Inland Homes® residence is warranted in any defects in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to the extent stated in the Construction Quality Standards for two years.
• Years 1-10: Structural Elements: In the unlikely event that your home develops a warranted structural defect, Home Buyers Warranty VI will provide you with comprehensive protection against qualified structural failures to the load-bearing systems of your home for a full ten years.
