With our 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® you can rest easy knowing that your home is built to last. This warranty offers ten full years of structural defect coverage, starting on the day you close.
It also covers things like workmanship and materials in the first year, and electrical and plumbing systems within the first two years. Did we mention that it’s included at no extra cost?
Your Inland Warranty
Workmanship & Materials
Your home should be completely free from defects in materials and workmanship during the first year. If, however, any warranted items don’t meet Construction Quality Standards, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
Major Systems
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. Every Inland home is warranted for any defects in the electrical, plumbing & mechanical systems to the extent outlined in the Construction Quality Standards.
Structural Elements
In the (highly unlikely) event that your home develops a warranted structural defect, the Home Buyers Warranty will provide quick, comprehensive protection against qualified structural failures to the load-bearing systems of your home.
